I need advice I feel like Im getting ripped off ….?
I rented an apartment in Florida four months ago, said the lease supplement lease has been signed owner.The but then I found a guy to send bank change the locks to the property was in foreclosure, also found an association also was never mentioned. A payment of $ 875 bail and the fear of losing as many people told him to take it on rent this month. I contacted with the association and said it was to allow for all I know for sure the mortgage is not paid for a long period of at least 10 moths and no association. How do I really want to go, but the funds simply are not there, I have two children aged 3 and a newborn, what should I do, what type is outside the country and is not that years back.
There is nothing you can do. Sorry, but you will not be able to rent this apartment with legal issues involved. If you knew there was a problem with the mortgage, then why send money? The Bank and the Association had nothing to do with the agreement of the owner based on you. You must declare what happened to the police, was released and fraud. If that person is outside the country, then I am afraid there will be little or no can do to remedy the situation, and certainly not get his money. You can always consult an attorney to see what they might be able to do so.
